Acceptable Use Policy¶
Limma Innovation Inc. Last updated 20 October 2026.
This policy is part of the Terms of Service. It applies to everyone who uses the hosted Limma service, and to every agent that calls it with your keys.
You may not¶
- Break the law with it — load, store or process content that is illegal, or that you have no right to process; or use the Service to infringe anyone's intellectual property, privacy or other rights.
- Load content that harms — material that sexually exploits children, malware, or content meant to harass, threaten or defraud.
- Load data the Service is not offered for — protected health information under HIPAA, payment card data under PCI DSS, or data classified under export-control laws, unless Limma has agreed to it in writing.
- Attack or probe it — test, scan or attempt to breach the Service's security; reach, or try to reach, another organization's data; or circumvent a key's scope, a plan's limits, rate limits or the read-only state.
- Overload it — send traffic meant to degrade the Service for others, or send requests automatically at a rate beyond what your plan's limits allow.
- Share or resell access — give your keys to anyone outside your organization, resell the Service, or offer it to others as a service of your own, unless Limma has agreed to it in writing.
- Copy it — reverse engineer the Service, or use it, or anything learned from it, to build a competing product.
If something goes wrong¶
Report a breach of this policy, a security issue, or content that should not be in the Service to contact@limma.ai.
Limma may remove content that breaches this policy, and may suspend access under section 7 of the Terms — at once where waiting would cause harm. Limma tells you why, and restores access once the cause is resolved.
